96m also reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if suspicious activity, a breach of terms, or a request from the relevant authorities is detected. In such cases, a thorough investigation will be conducted before any final decision is made.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 96m platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the user and 96m management.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to an appropriate arbitration body or tribunal under the relevant jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
